1. Common offline reasons and troubleshooting methods for all equipment

①, check the installation of equipment

Confirm that the equipment is firmly installed in the vehicle, not due to vibration or human factors and fall off.

Check whether the device is installed or placed in a suitable place to avoid signal blocking.

②, SIM card status check

Turn on the device and check if the SIM card has been inserted correctly and is not installed backwards. If necessary, try to remove the SIM card and reinsert it.

Check whether the battery power is sufficient, if the power is exhausted, please charge it in time.

GF10 is equipped with an on/off button. If the device is accidentally turned off by human beings, it will show offline. You need to get the device in your hand and toggle the switch to restart it to get the device back to working condition.

Check that all wiring is secure and not loose or detached.

When there is no power to the vehicle or the main power supply is cut off, the device will go offline due to loss of power. Please check the status of the vehicle power supply and make sure it is properly powered.

If you can't confirm whether it is a vehicle power problem, you can turn on the built-in battery backup switch of the device and turn the switch to the “ON” position (as shown in the picture below) to confirm whether the device is normal or not.
